In Which Stage Should Be The Appendicitis Operated?
hello doctor, my brother is admitted to hospital due to appendix,they told that if they do surgery it will burst ,so they have given some medicines and they have told to operate after 2 months ,is it won't affect my brother or we have to do anything.please response me soon.

This advise if given whene there is a condition called ''appendicular mass'' in which all the nearby intestines and greater omentum try to control infection by making a adhesion near the infected area, Surgery during this stage can be dangerous as the intestines are really friable. Please take a medical treatment for 6 weeks and then you can get operate, as by this time the inflammation is well controlled .
