Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
He is having coronary artery disease and advance congestive cardiac failure with all available support treatment. He is diabetic also.
You should understand we can predict or estimate life expectancy,I can understand his sufferings but we can offer treatment which is available at present.
Inspite of so much advancement in medical field life is the hands of god or supreme power you can just prey.
On the other side treatment like heart transplantation and as doctors we do not give up hopes till the last breath of the patients, so be positive and do not give up.
Take care.
Good Luck.
