I'm Underweight. Taking Peritol. What Could It Be?
hi, I am 21 years old and I weigh 97 lbs I know I am underweight, I am between 5'4 and 5'5 in height I used to take peritol in my country but bow i'm in America and I cant seem to buy it over the counter. I decided to order qith emeoutlet.com, can you tell me if they are legit and if i should use peritol or not . Peritol aka periactin.
In terms of the emeoutlet website to order the medication, I would not be able to tell you if it is valid or not. You may want to consider contacting them to speak to a representative first. It is always best however, to obtain a prescription from your doctor, medications are not available over the counter for a reason , usually related to potential side effects. You should speak to your doctor to see if he or she recommends that you continue using it.
When trying to gain weight, your energy input (food and drink) must be more than the energy that your body is losing (activity and exercise).
This means (1) increasing portions sizes and frequency of meals (2) Adding items to your meals to increase the calorie value- butter, dressings, olive oil, avocado (3)using high calorie snacks like nuts (4) decreasing energy output by decreasing fidgiting, exercise
I hope this helps
