Hi welcome to Healthcaremagic

Hi,..., since the pain is present on both the right and left and at center of
umbilicus, you must be first be ruled of appendicitis.. some times appendicitis
may present in different way... hence USG of abdomen is must be done....
Then you can be clinically examined and evaluated for other diseases..
Hope I have answered your question..

Takecare...

General & Family Physician Dr. Savita Mishra's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
If I could know your age and gender, I could guide you better. This pain may be due to chronic abdominal conditions or an acute infection. If I could know the duration, severity, relation with meals, Bowel habits, loss of weight or loss of appetite, menstrual history (in case you are a lady) I may provide better guidance.
Welcome back with details.
