my grandma has diabetes, and her mother too..my questionis, are me my mom and brother at risk?

If the grandma is maternal grandma, and her mom, then your mom and you too are at risk of developing diabetes. Diabetes runs in families so in case it is there in your family diet control is important and also early detection. So get a screening done for diabetes soon.
