If I Quit Smoking Now How Long Will It Take To Get My Lungs Into Good Shape Again?
Hi, Im 16 years old. Im doing this workout program and in some of the workouts i get worn out too fast because of smoking. I ve gone on and off with smoking for 1 yr and a half but im not addicted.if I quit now(which I most definately will) how long will it take to get my lungs into good shape again?
