IVF, Transferred 3 Embroys, Heavy Bleeding. Miscarriage? Suggestions?

Hi, I had ivf done and transferred 3 embryos, I'm now 5 weeks a few days pregnant hcg level was 2302, heavy bleeding occurred, went to Er, u/s shows 1 yolk sac, cervix is closed, but hcg level dropped to 2200. Is it possible that being that 1 yolk sac could mean the bleeding was the other 2 embryos that didnt implant? Or. This an indication that I will miscarry?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Your HCG levels are good. Single yolk sac is suggestive of a single viable pregnancy. The bleeding you had can be due to the other two non viable fetuses. Further follow up blood test and ultrasound scans will clarify.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. You can consult me again directly through my profile URL http://bit.ly/Dr-Rakhi-Tayal
