Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
With the available described details, there appears to be possibility of IBS with decreased gastrointestinal motility.
IBS could be predominant diarrhea type or constipation type.
You should consult with internal medicine specialist/ gastroenterologist and should go for thorough check up.
You should also go for complete blood count, blood sugar, thyroid profile, and renal function test.
You should also go for endoscopy along with urea breathe test for H. Pylori.
Meanwhile, you should also take proton pump inhibitors along with prokinetics and low dose selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors antidepressants.
You should also take movicol for relief of your symptoms.
Take care,
Dr. Mayank Bhargava
