This is a little personal, but I can relate to you. After me and my bf slept together for the first time we went camping, and I had to go back home afterward. The entire night I was crying. I woke up with my heart beating very fast. I felt like I was going to have a heart attack
. What you have can be anxiety
, but it simply can be the love you feel for someone. YOU WILL BE OK. Plus it's all in your head. If you feel shotness of breath, go outside, do something to distract it. Don't just sit there and go through it. That's a big mistake that a lot of people make. If you do have anxiety or pannic atacks, in time if you work on ignoring them, they go away. The mind is a powerful object that can do a lot of good or a lot of damage. And don't go to some damn doctor. All they're going to do is try to come up with some kind of sickness for you. Like I said YOU WILL BE OK.
