Hi, I was wondering about the "juicy fruit only diet" . I have 2 friends on that right now and they are trying to convince me to try it . Is it a good idea ? they eat pinapples and melons and drink water with lemon juice. that is it.. Ted,
Fruit only diet shall deprive one of the body's protein requirement which can result in muscle loss in individuals. Also there are not any protein reserves in the body. Hence it is always advisable to take proten rich foods rather than just fruits.
