Crocin is a safer anagesic in pregnancy. Take adequate rest and you will be fine. During your next antenatal checkup your gynec will examine you and see that there is no problem.

Hi Amita,

You can take homoepathic medicine Arnica 200 4 pills twice a day for 3 days along with hot fomentation 3 times a day and massaging with arnica ointment. this is the best treatment for blows, contusion, concussion and blunt injuries from falls etc.

Hi Aamita! I can understand your situation. For the time being,You can massage with mahanarayana oil or himalaya pain balm then apply hot fomentation. It will help relieve your pain.Do it twice daily.
Proper rest is very important.Rest flat on your back for 2-3 hours.Donot bend while picking anything from ground.Sleep on a firm mattress.
