Congratulations on quitting smoking
that was one of the best things you could have done for yourself!
Because of the HBP ask your Dr. before you start any exercise program, you want to be sure you are cleared.
That said...I highly recommend you google Dash Diet
and read up on it, this is a very effective program with a lot of research behind it. Secondly make sure you get at least 30 minutes of moderate cardio pretty much every day, or at least 3 times a week minimum. Consider taking a really good multivitamin
as well, it helps! If you are overweight
the dash diet and exercise will help you loose which will also help you BP.
