Being in the profession that I'm in, I would certainly not endorse weight loss
tablets. Certain ayurvedic pills are available in the market which claim to promote weight loss but when one looks at the fine print, one would notice that 'a well balanced diet and regular exercise is also required'.
I agree one may not be able to devote enough time to exercise due to busy schedules but that is the best way to it.
I would advise you to devote atleast a daily twenty minutes of your time and do some overall fitness exercises, breathing exercises followed by abdominal exercises
Long walks or jogs would help too.
A lil effort and you'll be fit in no time.
