To keep the bowel clean and have a controlled diet with regular exercise help a lot to bring you tummy back to normal. Adopt some specific yoga exercises also. If you are interested in tablets only then a tablet having trifla and trikuta with guggul is recommended the most. I would suggest medhohar guggul 2 bd to be taken withhot water.

To reduce your wieght u have to observe strict diet. But do not undergo fasting which will deplet all the vitamins from your body. Reduce oily food and regular exercises and eating half stomach will help u.

Being in the profession that I'm in, I would certainly not endorse weight loss tablets. Certain ayurvedic pills are available in the market which claim to promote weight loss but when one looks at the fine print, one would notice that 'a well balanced diet and regular exercise is also required'.
I agree one may not be able to devote enough time to exercise due to busy schedules but that is the best way to it.
I would advise you to devote atleast a daily twenty minutes of your time and do some overall fitness exercises, breathing exercises followed by abdominal exercises.
Long walks or jogs would help too.

A lil effort and you'll be fit in no time.
