There is no magical formula to lose weigh Karen.
Eat regularly and on time every day. Watch what u are eating. If u have an iphone u can use the calorie counting app
Also exercise, esp cardio every day for 5 days a week for minimum of 45 min
Make sure u are calorie deficit by about 500 cal, this will make u lose weight by about 2 kg per day
Have a healthy living
