Potassium is great for blood pressure problems (I know this first hand). Potassium helps your heart go thumpity thump thump on a regular basis. The greatest quantites can be found in V-8 juice, Juicy Juice and many dried fruits. Potatoes, wheat germ, nuts, bananas.
