am n ophthalmologist ,sir/mam,even after uncomplicated cataract surgeries our pts normally end up with complaint of deteriorating vision n 2or 3 yrs..is this age related?should v explain this properativly to them..

There can be two possible explanations one is posterior capsular opacification and optic nerve injury during retro bulbar inj.
