I usually have left abdominal pain severely, why it is happening so ?

I am 20 yrs old. I usually have left abdominal pain severely. When I visited doctor, I was informed that I had gastritis. He prescribed me some medicine and I am taking it but it doesn't seem to make any good improvement. So, please tell me what to do ? Can gastriris be cured completely ? Are there any home treatment for gastriris ? And one thing more, which treatment is best in your opinion: allopathic or ayurvedic ? Why ? I would be very grateful to anyone who shares my problem and suggests me. Please, help me.

GASTRITIS-means inflammation of gastric mucosa, it may be due to various factors like eating spicy food or fasting, too much use of stomach irritants like tea, coffee, alcohol, cigarette smoking, or beverages, one bacteria called heloco bacter pylori is also very important factor,in my opinion you need to check all this stomach irritating factors, besides that you need to do some aerobic exercises, drink plenty of water, if it helps then ok other wise you need to consult a gastroenterologist to get prescribed for Tablet-H Pylori kit,and antacids.

it is a simple problem if it is gastritis. you get an endoscopy of the stomach done and confirm whether there is any ulcer or not and where is the gastritis. most of the time it is because of the H.pylori infection. go for an anti H.Pylori treatment it is you have to take 3 tablets in the morning and 3 tablets in the evening. for 14 days. there is one tablet of the three which is efective only when taken in empty stomac it means you should not eat or drink for 2 hours before and 2 hours after consumption of the tablet. the disease will get cured

Recurrent Gastritis may be due to Bacterial infection of H Pylori. It can be confirmed after some biopsy examination collected after Endoscopy. If you are positive H pylori you had to take triple drug therapy against it. Ayurveda has described better treastment in case of Gastritis and acid peptic disorder, Low chance of re occurence

Anything that irritates the stomach may be a cause ; over-eating, eating improper food, spicy food, improper combination, swallowing chemicals of any kind. Symptoms are : vomitting, pain, nausea, bloating of stomach, coated tongue, bad breath, feeling more thirsty and aversion to food. Orange peel is one of the best remedy for indigestion. Grind orange peel to a powder form and add vidanga in equal quantity. Dissolve this mixture in water and consume the mixture for three to four days. Extract vinegar from sugarcane juice and add to few grams of Chickpea. Keep the mixture covered for one night and next morning chew the mixture. Immediately after eating this mixture eat a spoon of castor oil to expel dead worms.
