"depression" is a mental and fisical state of mind if you don't sleep well (8 hours) or eat 3 - 5 meals a day you will in turn feel down.
there are sleeping aids
available over the counter (ask your pharmacy witch ones can you take with your current medicine)
go to bed and get up at a sensible time (11PM - 7AM)
when you wake take some you time have some breakfast then snack, lunch, dinner, snack-(supper)
eat fresh fruit (5X5) 5 fruit or veg also 5 different colors eat plenty of fiber red and white meats write down all your problems on a piece of paper take 30 min make sure you get them all then work out and categorize all your problems ex people, past, current situation after you have done that then work on a fix it list goles get some help to do this if you need
