, check your environments such as air quality, humidity, ventilation in your room, chemical odor from inside or out, or some food or drink that hindered your system and interfering your sleep. If nothing that sort of can be found, try Ayurvedic medicine that do not have any side effects. It could also be seasonal with climate changes - like heavy rain. Drinking clear water (take two glasses) early in the morning 30-minutes before your breakfast and a cup of warm milk before you go to sleep could help.
