I Recently Suffered Dizziness After A Head Injury

I recently suffered a head injury. The doctor said it was a concussion and said I can go home, but I must return to the hospital if I feel dizzy, nauseous, have headaches etc. I feel fine most of the time, but I get dizzy suddenly if I move my head too quickly, or if I bend down. I'm not sure if it is normal to be feeling like this for the first few days. I don't really want to return to the hospital unnecessarily.

I recently hit my head very hard standing up into a cabinet and nearly lost conciousness. Was confused and dizzy for quite a while after and my hearing was altered. I had C3-4 fused last June and the plate removed in Nov due to complications. I had also had C5-6 fused 2 years prior and that plate was removed during the june surgery. Since hitting my head last week, I have been having increasing headaches, dizziness, extreme neck, back and leg pain. I left a message for my Dr's office, but they have not called me back. I still have a large bump on my head too. It's been 9 days since I hit my head.
I know how you feel. It seems like everyone's Q&A I read sounds like no-one cares or takes them seriously. I have 2 young children and am having a very difficult time caring for them and am scared to drive. If you hear of anything let me know.
