I Really Need To Get My Blood Pressure Down In Order To Return To Work

I really need to get my blood pressure down in order to return to work .It is running around 140/90 with meds. I need to get it under 140/90. I am having to hardest time doing so. Does anyone have any sugg. that can help me get it down quick. Would someone please help. Thank You

excersise, meditation/relax time. cut back on the sodium intake. diet.
