Hello.
Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.
Using hydrogen peroxide once daily is sufficient enough. But the solution should be very dilute as a concentrated solution will damage your taste buds and can even result in burning sensation in your mouth. Use it very carefully.

Hi, there are many causes of Halotosis or bad breath. First of all is plaque accumulation. Please visit a dentist for complete oral examination. You may require scaling. If your oral hygiene is good, there may be other reasons for the condition. They are tonsillitis, lung disorders, Improper digestion, gastritis etc. All these causes need to be ruled out. Hydrogen peroxide in diluted state is good as a mouth wash. Other options are Chlohex mouthwash an Plax mouthwash. Take care!
