I Missed My Period But HPT Is Negative. What Is Causing This ?

Hi,I have a cramp kind of a pain on the left side of my lower abdomen , I am 30 and trying for a kid. I did not get my periods this time, it has been 5 days and they usually are never late. Took a preg test and it was negative. Please help.

Urine pregnancy test will be positive even in case of ectopic pregnancy, if that is what u are asking about. I strongly suggest u get an usg abdomen and pelvis anyhow
For the pain u can take buscopan plus as sos basis
Have a healthy living
