I look too lean n skinny, Plz Help n advise

Hallo, jaydee this side i have a question, that I am 22yrs of age n height 5'11 and weight is 72-75 Kg Approx but even after that i look skinny i use to do gym also but no great result as compare to my weght i look too lean n skinny. Plz Help n advise

your body is atheletic type by gentic hence you look skinny. it is genetic and it requires a lot of effort for at least 3 years to look muscular by doing exercise regularly in the gym.
