I injured my tailbone and now I have bruises that wrap around my ankles. Is this a critical problem ?

Injured my tailbone & now I have bruises that wrap around my ankles I am a 30year old female with no current medical problems. About 1 week ago I took a really hard fall & all my weight landed between my lower back & my tailbone. Xrays were taken & they said nothing was broken. Im in severe pain from my lower lower back down to my feet. Now I bruises that wrap around both of my ankles.... Should I go back 2 the doctor?

Thank you for query,
As you had hard fall you might got soft tissues injury giving rise to your present problem.
Due to injury your muscles and joints become stiff and possible that you might got infection too,as there are bruses on the part.
As you got sciatic type of pain some damage can be there in vertebrae or inter vertebral disc might not giving impression in X-ray.
So consult your orthopedic again and seek his advice.
