Hi,Naresh thanks for query. Please get in touch with a neurophysician. After careful evaluation he can guide you properly. As the ct scan is normal the major things are ruled out. Please get your blood pressure, blood sugar, vitamin B 12 level done.At times the deficiency of this vitamin can also give rise to problem.bye.

General & Family Physician Dr. P. Mahesh's  Response
Hi Naresh,
Since CT Scan was normal and I presume a neurologist has examined you and did not detect any neurological problem, You could get Thyroid function tests done and if they are also within normal limits, you should learn to ignore these symptoms, as they may be the result of excessive anxiety and there may not be any organic cause for it.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Good Day
You haven't mentioned your age. An age-related osteoarthritis causing cervical spondylosis can cause the above symptoms. It could also be Parkinsonism which is known to cause tremors of hands, weakness, swallowing. Since you have vertigo (sensation of falling) with headache I suggest you visit the Neurologist and ask if MRI Brain is required. It is a better diagnostic modality for brain problems. Are you a Hypertensive. This can be a feature of uncontrolled hypertension. Get your blood pressure examined and blood tests done for Vitamin B12 also.
