General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,Leanne,
Thanks for query,
it seems that you have got some pathology in your genital tract giving rise to severe pelvic pains.
Consult gynaec and go for ultra sound.
Ok and bye.

Psychiatrist Dr. Manjula Rau's  Response
dear leanne
pain in the pelvis during periods is very common
it is more on the first day of the menustral cycle and comes down
but if you are getting pain when not menustrating with spotting you must consult a gynecologist
you also need an ultrasound test before anybody can come to a diagnosis
to start your treatment
wishing thata n eary dignosis is arrived fast all the best dr manjula rau
