I Have Some White Bumps With Puss On My Shoulder And These Are Painful
Yesterday, about 1/2 way through the day, in gym, I noticed that there was a pale red bump on my lower shoulder . It felt like a bruise, so I just left it alone. The next day, It was no longer swollen, and the skin on my shoulder returned to normal color. But, there were little white bumps. One of the bumps had ripped open, and some puss was coming out, andnow my soulder hurts. What is on my shoulder? And what can I do to make the pain go away?

You probably have pustules due to sweat gland blockage called Miliaria. It can result due to excessive sweating and improper hygiene. You need to keep the area dry and avoid sun exposure. Apply Lactocalamine lotion for relief.

it may be due to allergic reaction or due to heat .
u need to wear cotton and loose cloths
drink more water
take bath with cold water twice a day.
stay in cold place .
u need to apply dusting powder .
as u have said ,pus come out from it .
apply antibiotic cream over that area only
better to consult dermatologist
