I have small piece of skin in my anus but without pain or bleeding. Is it okay to keep it?

I have a small piece of skin in my anus but without pain or bleeding and it s not even itchy but am so scared and too shy and scared to go to a doctor, am married for one year and 9 months and it happend to me after marrige, is it okay to keep it? cause am afraid it needs to be removed and as I said am scared :(

frm your history it would sound like haemorroids,may be due to constipation or any other anorectal insult.so it is better to take some preventive measures to avoid more serious haemorroids or inflamation.plz take adequate water,daily fibre suppliments, give enough time for bowel movements&daily exercise.if you waned to remove you can either do surgery/laser
