I Have Sharp Pain Located On The Left Side Of My Chest Above My Heart

Hello, I have sharp chest pain when I run. The pain is located on the left side of my chest above my heart . It feels like it s my heart that s hurting but I m not sure. Also this area is sore for days. Should I see a doctor?
