Thanks for query,
Scab may be due to fungus or infection due to collection of smegma.
Clean smegma by averting fore skin with warm water daily while taking bath.
Apply antifungal or antibiotic cream locally.
if infection is more go for antibiotic course.

you have scab due uncleansiness after act. so, first consult dermatology and take course of antibiotic with external aplication . also now to onward clean your penis daily after retracting foreskin.

u need to consult dermatologist as scab may be due to smegma or other infective condition
u need to keep it clean and dry
wash ur penis daily after retracting foreskin .
dont masturbate or sex till healing complete as it will not allow scab to heal
if it is due to bacterial infection ,u need to take antibiotic tab and cream .
fungal infection generally do not produce scab
