Welcome to healthcare magic.

Pain in the lower right quadrant will usually be related to your appendix and right kidney since your ultrasound report is normal these conditions can be safely excluded.

Some times urinary infection can result in lower abdominal pain. Diverticulitis can also cause lower right abdominal pain. Some times testicular torsion may be the cause for right lower quadrant pain.

You may have to consult general surgeon regarding this problem.

Hey right lower abdominal pain, my friend's son had similar symptoms and it was diagnosed to be appendicitis. Are you aware of it? I think you would need a scan to confirm it.
