As you have RA (Rheumatoid arthritis);your ESR will remain high for some time.Ihope you are undergoing treatment for RA .Take the medicines advised by your doctor.Don't worry ESR shows that there is some active infection in your body.So my friend once phase of Your active RA subsides ESR levels will also settle down .Don't panic.
