I Have Recently Been Having Head And Eye Pain,I Was Told That It May Be Hypertension, Please Tell Me What Is It Exactly !
I have recently been having tightness around my eyes and sometimes it feels like my head is swollen. I was told that it may be hypertension. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi do u work on computer for a long time every day ?
If yes then it may be the reason. Better to go for an eye chekup.

Was the blood pressure taken for you ? Hypertension cannot be suggested unless your BP has been checked. It looks to me more like tension headache. I used to feel somewhat similar when I was stressed at work, when at office, things were not going all that well. Caused more by anxiety. I had a pressing feeling around my ears as well and I always felt like rubbing my forehead and pressing my eyes slowly with my palm. Take reats for a few days. Go out on vacation for a few days.If the problem persists after coming back, then you should meet an internal medicine doctor.
