I have really bad motion sickness. am I depressed ?

HI there, I have really really bad motion sickness, I turn y head in the car and my body gets hot and I start to feel sick on a bus around heaps of ppeople. I was watching a movie, 5 mins through it and i started getting motion sickness and got sick. I am always tired and have this small pain in my head nearly every day ? my doctor suggest i m depressed. but im fine! help ?

I think you are too sensitive for motion. You must take an antiemetic before going for any journey. There is no permanent solution for this. You can only take care to avoid having any heavy meals before travelling. With time frequent journeys may decrease your sensitivity.

welcome to health care magic forum,
from your symptoms it seems that apart from motion sickness you have to look for other problems which can cause this type of symptoms.
if there is some problem in the ear it can cause vertigo which gives feeling of nausea and stomach upset feeling,while turning your head or nodding your head as it is in your case.
if you are above 35,there is possibility of cervical spondilitis which again gives same type of feeling.
you are advised to consult your doctor and discuss above points.
