I have pimples due to body heat and oily skin

I am 25 now. Now-a-days i am getting pimples continuously at my face . I have an oily type of skin . Usually i will get the pimples only during the periods not often. but now-a-days i am getting pimples more often. I had a doubt like, i am under follicular study treatment so I am taking tablets regularly. Will that be a reason for getting pimples at my face?I am doing home treatments to avoid pimples. But i am not getting the solution. How to prevent this? Kindly help me out by giving some suggestions.

Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. Aashish Raghu's  Response
Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Certain medication can cause acne though it is not a common complication of fertility medication. You should avoid sun exposure. Use sunscreen SPF25 on your face daily twice. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Exercise daily by brisk walking for 40 minutes a day which will help improve circulation. Avoid junk, fatty, oily food. Use daily facewash preferably excess oil removal type like Clearasil Ultra Daily Face Wash which will remove excess oil and keep skin pimple free as much as possible. If there is no improvement you will need a Dermatologist's advice and treatment for the pimples.

Hello, welcome to Healthcaremagic. Pimples are a common issue faced by young girls like you due to dearranged hormone levels and oild skin. You can avoid pimples by washing your face with an oil clearing face wash several times day, avoid going out in the sun and dust without using a sun screen lotion. Avoid eating oily food and eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables especially rich in vitamin A. Exercise daily as it improves general health and drink lots of water. Wish you good health.

hi
Mild cases may be eased by washing the face with a gental toilet soap or by drying agents such as benzoyl peroxide.
Severe acne may need oral treatment with antibiotics such as tetracycline can be used.
