Hello, welcome to HCM.The causes for reduced motility of sperms are most dependant upon lack of certain nutrients in the diet, poor life style choices, and oxidative stress. Improving sperm motility is possible when changes to life style and diet are implemented. You must take a lot of water and diet rich in vitamins like vitamin c and a. Fruits like oranges, lemon, green leafy vegetables are rich in them. Good sources of Vitamin A are milk, chicken, fish oils, butter, cheese, eggs, and liver. Good sources of Vitamin C are strawberries, oranges, broccoli, and kiwi fruit.
One of the most common natural amino acids, L-Arginine is known to boost male fertility and inprove overall sperm quality. Good sources of arginine include dairy products, beef, pork, granola, oatmeal, nuts, and some energy drinks. Lycopene has been shown to increase sperm fertility. Fruits and vegetables that are high in lycopene include tomatoes, watermelon, pink grapefruit, pink guava, papaya, and red bell pepper. Zinc has been shown to increase sperm production and motility. Coupled with amino acids like L-Carnitine and L-Arginine, zinc should increase ejaculate volume significantly. Good sources of zinc include oysters, red meat and poultry. You can also find zinc in beans, nuts, whole grains and dairy products. Wish you good health.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Decreased sperm motility is mainly due to oxidant damage to the sperm due to less energy to the sperm. You need to have diet rich in fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables to provide antioxidants to reduce damage to sperm. Also Coenzyme Q capsules will be very helpful in this regard. Do exercise daily. Eat healthy. Get 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Get your semen test again after 90 days to see improvement.

Hello, welcome to healthcaremagic. Motility of sperms can be improved by increasing intake of fresh fruits and vegetables and supplements of vitamins and minerals. The reduced motility is due to oxidative damage incurred by sperms. So you must increase the intake of fruits like oranges, lemon, cooked tomatoes, strawberries. Apart from them fruits like carrots, red pepper, green leafy vegetables, beans and eggs are also good for enhancing sperms motility. You can also take multivitamin and mineral supplements. You should exercise daily and consume fresh fruits and vegetables only. Wish you good health.

The most common causes of male infertility include azoospermia (no sperm cells are produced) and oligospermia (few sperm cells are produced). Sometimes, sperm cells are malformed or they die before they can reach the egg.

If there is any base line cause of any pathological derangement for the infertility then it should be treated first. But if the infertility is due to some other factors like endocrinological (hormonal) imbalance or environmental factors then Navras Pak with Noni will help. Noni acts like a powerful immune modulator hence helps in keeping your endocrine system in a well balanced condition.
