I have neck pain, burning across my shoulder, numbness & tingling into my hands. What could be the reason for these?

Neck pain , Burning, Numbness & Tingling. C5-6 Protrusion & History of prior Cervical Fusion @ C6-7. Please help. I am 36 yrs old, Female. Long story short, I had a Anterior Cervical Discectomy & Fusion immediatly following a bad Car accident I was in about 12 years ago. I was feeling good & without pain for the next several years. Until recently. Over the past 3 yrs, I ve been having gradual Neck Pain, followed by sometimes severe Burning across my shoulder blades & now Numbness / Tingling into my hands & Fingertips. Almost feels like electrical shocks at times. & I get Frequent Headaches. My last CT Myelo 3 yrs ago showed a disc bulge @ C5-6. I recently had a CT done in June 2010. It Revealed Large Anterior Osteophytes and a Prominent Left Posterior Paracentral & Foraminal disc Protrusion which abuts the Spinal Cord. There is a Disc bulge at C4-5. and the Fusion at C6-7 is stable. Could this be why I am having all these symptoms? I worked Spine for 6 years as a medical assistant so I have an understanding of what is occurring. But, these results worry me. I take Ultracet 37.5 mg & Lyrica 75 mg along with quite a bit of NSAIDS . I also underwent 6 weeks of P.T. I have A Home TENS Unit & Traction Unit that I use frequently. Where do I go from here? I just want it to stop. Any suggestions out there....
