I Have Mouth Itchy And Is Not Open Due To Having Gutka
Solution for Mouth ehich is not open due to having Gutka. I was having Gutka since 10 years, But now i am unable to open my mounth. Suggest me any medicine or Technique to over come from this. Please do not tell me to go to Doctors and Dentist . I am very poor person and i can not Spend more than 200 including Medicine. Thanks & Regards, Rajeev

First you have to avoid Gutka.There is money for Gutka but not for doctor than how can we treat this.?
OK, now Try following things.
Do gental massage on your both temporomendible joint,
Blow air in the balloon reapetedly,
Open and close your mouth reapetedly as much you can.
Start B-Complex formula.
brush and clean your mouth atleast twise a day.

The problem you are suffering is oral submucous fibrosis. In the initial stages it can be cured by stooping the habit at once and intralesional injections of steroids and in the advanced stages it requires surgical excision to improve mouth opening.

see accordingly ur history i m suspecting u will be suffering from oral submucous fibrosis u have to stop using guktha u should add vitamins a and vitamin c tblet regularly u consult the doctor it wont cost u much they will be start intra lesional injections on ur cheeks and u hve to stop taking spicy food check urself by keeping ur three fingers vertically inside the mouth that is the normal mouth opening if u cant then u have problem
