Hello,

Overweight itself is a reason of miscarriage.
Morning sickness is normally seen in all pregnant women up to some or other extent. This is purely hormonal, dear.

Slight diet modification will help you about both.

Few tips: 1. Plenty of water if you vomit
2. Am sure, you must not be feeling like eating. But have small portions by minimizing meal gaps.
3. Bland Diet that is w'ot spices , curries will work better.

Dn't worry . Have positive attitude, dear !!

Do get back to me for further queries.
