I Have Missed My Period This Month & My Pregnancy Test Shows Negative

I am concerned because I had an abortion in June of this year and my period has been coming every 28 or 29 days, but I have not gotten a period this month and I tested negative for pregnancy .

Menstrual cycle are regulated by cyclical hormonal changes which are modified by various other factors.
Factors such as stress, infection, thyroid problems, nutritional factors and so an are few of the modifying factors.
Without a physical examination and investigations, its difficult to predict which among these is the cause.
You will need physical examination and pills (if necessary) to regulate your cycles.
