Hi,
The best treatment option for you would be 'Mederma' cream which gives excellent results in melasma. You can take hyperpigmentation facial treatment available at cosmetic clinics.

This is self limiting disorder, you need to apply on alternate nights- Betnovate cream and Turmeric paste on the affected site. Please take multivitamin formulation ( Neurobione forte / Becasules ) once a day. Have confidence !

Melasma may be due to various causes like sun exposure, drug induced, harmonal imbalance etc. We have to differentiate it first as either superficial epidermal type or deep dermal type. Since only the superficial types will respond better to topical hypopigmenting agents like Hydroquinone, Tretinoin, kojic acid ,arbutin etc.
But the deep type requires laser therpy, peeling or pulse light therapy mostly. So consult a nearby Dermatologist about your pigmentation which can be decided only by looking at your face.

It can be caused due to excessive exposure to sunlight, excessive or uneven usage of birth control pills, homone replacement therapy and also during pregnancy.
Genetic predisposition is also a major factor.
Avoid exposure to sunlight.Apply spf cream(spf 9 or higher) one hour before goining in sun, wear hat etc.Thats why u are getting them on sun exposed part of body -face.
Gently massage the affected areas with aloe vera gel
Rub an oatmeal-and-milk mixture to the affected areas every day. Oatmeal is a natural skin-exfoliating substance
Apply turmeric paste and besan to the affected areas every day.
Besides you need Sarivadayasavam 2 tsf thrice daily after meals(ayurvedic).
It will take 6-9 months to cure.
Food to avoid : Tamarind, spicy and fried food, garlic, brinjal, green chillies, eggs, fish, chicken.
