I Have Lump With Red Spot After Nettle Rash On My Wrist. Do I Need Medical Attention ?
Hi I was walking through a field today and there was nettles I got nettled on my wrist on the vein it was itchy then stopped but had a lump with a red spot in the middle also very tender ? I am rather scared .

Nettles gives irritation if it comes in contacts.
Apply Zinc lotion on the part.
Take some antihistamies.you will be alright.

this is due to allergic reaction
apply locally steroid cream like zincoderm cream ,
take antihistaminic tab like cetrizine .1 tab daily
it will subside
calamine lotion may be used
