hello margo,
lower back pain have multiple reasons ie nerve compression, disc problems( age related wear and tear) renal stone etc. find out your associated symptoms. if u have radiating pains to thighs it is not urine infection. if u dont have any symptoms except hot urine then take plenty of water and i think ur problem may be solved without antibiotics. for better diagnosis pls visit the doctor. or RE SEND ur query with all ur details.
