I Have Lower Abdominal Pain. Am I Pregnant?

i got my menses this month on 5 jan ,i wnt to get pregnant , we have an intercourse in the favorable days.now today on 20 jan i m feeling very painful in my lower abdominal .is it normal?is there any chance to concieve?

Hi.. If your cycles has been regular then the favorable days would be between 16th to 23rd.. These are the days, the ovulation is predicted to occur.. You can also check for your body temperature every day in the morning (basal body temperature). During the day of ovulation there would be rise in this basal body temperature. Ovulation is also indicated by sudden crampy lower abdominal pain and by change in the cervical secretion... If you have such signs it would indicate ovulation and you have better chances of concieving on these days..
