OBGYN Dr. Rakhi Tayal's  Response
Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.
You are having early symptoms of osteoarthritis. You need to take painkillers and Glucosamine sulfate to increase the life of your knee joints. Hot fomentation and local muscle relaxant gel will also help.
