I Have Knee Joint Pain If I Continue To Remain Seated
HI I regularly have pain in my left knee joint and ankle if i continue to remain seated for more than 15 - 20 minutes. Can you please help?

Hi i could have helped u better if u had told me your age.
Pain while at rest is a cause for concern. Pleas get an x ray of re knee ap and lateral to see for any joint changes. It hard to tell why the pain Is there just with history.
For now take aceclofenac with paracetamol upto two times daily
