its like an inflammation of the muscle in the heart or somethinnn? and if you know what i m talking about is it fatal 100% of the time?

myocarditis is not fatal 100% of the time at all. With medication and appropriate treatment, the recovery rate is quite high actually. Usually the only time it is fatal is if there is another underlying issue along with the myocarditis.
