General Surgeon 's  Response
You should to stop masturbating as excess of every thing is bad.
Your body has become used/addicted to the act of instant & self gratification.
That is not something you can easily achieve with a partner.
You need to retrain your brain to be stimulated & gratified with a partner.
In order to do that you need to stop masturbating or limit your masturbation.
Try that for a week and see if your sex with your life improves. also try anal squeezing exercise for two to three months .Disclaimer

Homeopath Dr. Arif. K. Kaware's  Response
hi tareq;
Don;t get disheartened.Some people do have problems like inability to maintain erection but that is not related with mastrubating.It is more to do with mind than body;please see whether you are undergoing any stressful condition like mental tension;some household issues;odd hours of work or difficult working situations leading to tiredness .Even these conditions are cause of this inability.Secondly let us know from which country or state you are so that we can advise some medicine.
