I have hormonal imbalance and my periods are delayed. what kind of food can i have to fix this problem ?

Hai doctor . My name is Reena(29 years old).(My period cycle is 30 days) My gyno doc told me reduce my weight since i have hormonal imbalance and my periods are delayed. can you suggest me what kind of food can i have for the above reason ?

its nt misscarriage.. u may hv some abnormality in hormonal secretion which causing delayed period.. it may lead to miscarriage...better consult ur gyaeno doc...
and ur food habbit can also bring changes in ur period also..becarefull for that..
